Terms of Service — StoryMaster Pro

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use StoryMaster Pro. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

If you are under 18, you may not register for or use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

Some optional features contain mature content and are available only to signed-in adults who turn them on and confirm their age again.

StoryMaster Pro is currently an invite-only beta. We may approve, decline or revoke access at our discretion. An account request does not guarantee access.

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, try to access another person’s account or data, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

You own the text you write and the output you choose to keep. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, sync and process that content to operate the service for you.

Generated output may be inaccurate or similar to output generated for someone else. Review it before relying on it or sharing it.

The beta is free. We may change the service or introduce paid features later; we intend to notify members before paid features are introduced.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We may end or restrict access as described above.

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The latest version will appear on this page with its update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
